About Us

Set well back from the main Framlingham - Saxmundham road, in a quiet location with pond and garden. We have chickens and goats providing free-range eggs and milk (normally). We are within easy reach of the beach, with tranquil, peaceful surroundings. Convenient for the nearby Woodland Trust, Framlingham Castle, Saxstead Mill, Heritage Coast, and Concert Hall at Slay. Aldeburgh and Minsmere Bird Sanctuary are only 9 miles away. Ideal for walking and cycling here but vintage transport can be provided free for those staying longer.

There are two rooms available - one double room with a private bathroom and family room consisting of 1 double bed and two single beds. There is also a garden with a large pond that can be viewed from the family room.

Breakfast includes free-range eggs (which are now used by Marks & Spencer), and we'll even give guests a few to take away.
